Sometimes I just wonder how amazing it is that PDP seems to only attract petty brains as their supporters. Firstly, the petition was brought forward by ADC and not APC. Secondly, did any of you PDP trolls and wailers even bother to read the story to ascertain why the petition was dismissed in the first place by the tribunal? undecided

The petitioner’s lawyer had signed the petition as Sam Kagbo whereas on the roll of lawyers, the name is Sam Peter Kagbo.

The above technical error (name of lawyer) is the reason why the tribunal threw out the petition in the first instance and you PDPians think this is a justified reason to not give a fair hearing to the petitioner?... Now the Supreme court in the spirit of justice has ordered the tribunal to resume the case and you bloody wailers are blaming Buhari and democracy?... This is clearly a shameless case of the PDP grabbing and hanging on to very thin straws. grin

It is normal for the Appeal Court to ordered the re-trial but with the situation on ground presently, our judiciary has been infected with political viruses because I find it difficult to know why all these mess happened in PDP states and not in any of the APC states. Mr President, nigerians are expecting such things(Re-run of elections or Re-trial of Tribunal sittings) in APC states as well cos both parties are feathers of the same bed. I wonder how some Nairalanders reason like those cattle rustlers for not figuring sentiments in this administration. There should not be preferential treatment but all should be treated the same way.
