Let me give you an example in the quran:

Sura Luqman 14 and Baqara 233 tell us that weaning is complete in two years, while Sura Al-Ahqaf 46:15 tells us that the total period of carrying a baby in the womb (gestation) and weaning is thirty months. If we subtract 24 months from thirty, we are left with only six months for gestation, which actually takes ten lunar months.

In a similar way Ibn Abbas rounded
Muhammad's years in Mecca, saying in
one place 13 years1 and in another 10
years.2The Qur'ān has similar numerical
discrepancies Sura ‘Imran describes
multiple angels announcing to Maryam
Jesus' birth, whereas in Sura Maryam
19:17-21 it only indicates one angel. Sura Qamar 54:19 says Allah took one day to destroy the people of Aad, but Sura Hakka 69:6-7 says it was eight long days.

A- We read in 3:44:
"……..when they drew their raffles to select Mary's guardian. You were not present when they argued with one another"
These words confirm that the timing of verses 3:42-45 is related to the time when a guardian was chosen to look after Mary, and thus a time when Mary was still a child and at an age where a guardian was needed. This was thus a time well before the actual conception and birth of Jesus.
At that time, we are told that the angels (in plural) foretold Mary the good news about the future birth of Jesus.
"The angels said, "O Mary, God gives you good news: a Word from Him whose name is `The Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary. He will be prominent in this life and in the Hereafter, and one of those closest to Me" 3:45
However, in 19:17-21 , we are told of the specific time of the conception of Jesus inside Mary's womb. At that time Mary was no longer a child but grown up and at an age where conception and child bearing was possible. The role of announcing the conception to Mary was specifically asigned to Gabriel, and thus we read in 19:19 how Gabriel told Mary that he was sent specifically by Almighty God to grant her a pure child:
"He (Gabriel) said, "I am the messenger of your Lord, to grant you a pure son"
After reading these verses it becomes evident that the assumed contradiction is a direct result of the author's poor understanding of the Quran.

Anyone with the least amount of brain can see the following:
1- The Noble Word "day" in Noble Verse 54:19 can mean either of the two:
It is referring to a timing (a range of days) that the event took place in.
It might also mean that the "raging wind" happened on a specific day where the atmosphere was in
"constant calamity."
2- The Noble Word "days" in Noble Verse 41:16 clearly refers to the time or period that the people of Aad lived in. This is similar to our "old days", "golden days",
and "good old days" terms. Even the English dictionary refutes him:

3- The Noble Words "seven long nights and eight long days" in Noble Verses 69:6-7 are obviously referring to an exact and specific time range that the event started and finished in.
So why is this too difficult for this ludicrous polytheist trinitarian pagan to comprehend? Actually, it is not difficult at all. He knows well that his article is as stupid as he. But because he is far more desperate to disprove the Divine Truth of GOD Almighty that was Revealed through Islam, he is hopelessly searching for anything and everything that he can get his hands on to attack Islam in an attempt to fool the fools like him.
