chosen04:Edos Sobos and even Ijaws are not wanted in Biafra. Please let us concentrate on those that speaks Igbo first then those other tribes who have suffered With Biafra from time immemorial are also needed but anything beyond that would amount to another Nigeria which is an insult on our dead brothers and sisters in 1967_1970 |

pazienza:Good post nwanne. I'm in agreement with your leadership definition. Igboland is so blessed in human resources. Who knows who may emerge the next George Washington of Biafra. It all begins from here. The next Benjamin Franklin of Biafran may be right here with us punching his keyboard. It is true that Nnamdi Kanu has done his best, even though I don't agree with his hate tactics. He is just like John the Baptist who has come to pave the way.The Biafran ideals embodies the ancient Igbo belief in 'Ofo na Ogu' and 'Igwe bu Ike'. Both of which comprise equality, togetherness, understanding, concession, unity of purpose, peace and progress. Our brothers in the SS should imbibe that attitude too. Even as we are ready to concede such for them in order to keep Igbo unity intact. What our Father's watched divided, let's us keep united. This is one creed every patriotic Igbo son should hold to heart. Republic of all Igbo speaking sub-groups is a task that must be achieved. |

Chiwude:Yea..The ipob youths were only served a dose of reality. The Baifra movement may be popular in Aba, but across the Imo River into Rivers, its a different scenario. When we need Biafra, we'll let the Igbos know. |

HopeAtHand:Good to hear your sincere opinion. Your sit is always reserved whenever you come to the Ogbakor ndi Rumunda gi to lay your peoples request. Be rest assured that when Biafra comes we shall concede to your interest, as long as it maintains unity and nationalism. Many of us have learnt a lot from you and Ezepromoe's contributions. Had you folks not come to the Imo thread or been online to air your opinion we wouldn't have known your grudges. We felt as the victims all the while due to the abandoned property saga. However, we never understood your position in the whole affair. We never knew the gravity of what transpired between our fathers and yours, neither did you guys understood our position. There was a communication gap in short. We the younger generations shouldn't continue on this part, there is a need for genuine reconciliation. Let us share our problems together and forge one destiny at the long run. |

Chiwude:Will you shut up? Just like Jesus NEVER casted away anybody that came to him, we will NEVER chase away anybody that wants to join the Biafran struggle as far as their women wear 2 piece wrapper. So you must be the one who is hallucinating. I even doubt that you are truly Igbo cos you sound like someone from the South West. |

chosen04:I think you deserve some banal words too. Will you shut the hell up and allow people decide their path in life. The Biafran struggle shouldn't be built on force or compulsion. Appeal to those you feel you share a lot in common with and allow the recalcitrant ones chart their own cause for themselves. If there is need to absorb other diverse ethnic minorities in your struggle you do it through shared agreement and mutual understanding. Learn from the past mistakes of the 60's and work towards correcting it. Before you cry of saboteurs again. Two wrappers my foot! |

Chiwude:Shut the hell up EWU GAMBIA. Did we tell you that we are forcing anybody to join the struggle? But let it be known to your likes that we will NEVER abandon the youths of Itsekiri, Isoko, Igala, Idoma or others that have come to us in this struggle as far as their women wear 2 piece wrapper. You dont attend meetings so lack the locus standi to utter those your South West minded advice. Mumu! |

chosen04:Then prepare your ship to sink again. Because few gathered doesn't mean they speak for the majority. Some of you folks in the diaspora only have but a faint idea of what goes on in Nigeria. Allow the Edoid group chart their own cause. If they want to partner with your group, let them come out in the open and say it. The mistake of speaking on behalf of the minorities is long gone. |

Easy lady, there's really no need for all this exchange of words. I understand where Chiwude is driving at. We all know that the people in the forefront of this Biafra agitation are the Igbos and from what we all know if a referendum comes 95% of Igbos will vote YES. Now these other people, Itsekiri, Isoko, Igala and others that they are attending IPOB's meeting isn't enough to make tell that their entire people want in. The best that can be done is when it's time a referendum will be done for them to decide if they want to be part. Nobody is saying they won't be allowed to be part if they want to but we shouldn't be the ones going after them and speaking for them. One thing is certain which is that our Igbo kins in the SS would never be left behind. They are first Igbos before becoming SS. Is there are 100 Itsekiris and only 5 attend the meeting and believe in the struggle then it's not enough. The 5 will have to go convince the remaining 95 and give them reasons why the Biafra actualisation is better of for them. We have to appeal to their understandings, give them reasons why they should join. Just shealth your sword sis, there's no need for the confrontation with Chiwude. chosen04: |

Candyrain:You spoke like an elder. Everything that Chiwude said is the reality on ground, unless fools wants to shy away from it and cry later at the end. The focus of the IPOB group should be on all Igboid tribes[SE/SS]. No matter the sins of the past we still share a whole lot in common. For us in the S/S the idea of becoming a minority under an Izon/Edo dominated government is something we don't even want to think about. We rather join our kiths and kins than go with the Niger-Delta Republic. If a good deal can be struck with Biafra, even the undecided amongst the Ikwerre's shall be at the fore-front of its actualization - although a good number of their Youths are IPOB members. So the objective now, is to strengthen the Igbo areas, then in the long run, you strike a deal with other willing minorities interested in joining. Under the deal, a mutual agreement shall be signed to protect their interest. |
