What he said was simple. That the former President shelved the job when he found out that the figures were bloated. In this new government also, the same bloated figures have resurfaced again for the same job specification. This implies that whoever is responsible for this bloating must have moved from PDP to APC or might not even be in any of the parties and is trying to cash in by all means. All the amiable Senator said, which was supported by his colleagues, irrespective of political divide was that whoever is responsible for this bloated figures must be fished out.

I don't know what else you were expecting...

PDP was not the whole problem but it was part of the problem when it should have been part of the solution. APC is also corrupt but the Senator was not objective here.

Like Abaribe has said, there is a set of cabal who do no other business other than government business and they have resurfaced again but the big hammer of anti corruption war must be used to slam their heads down before they make the country take another 1 million steps backwards into underdevelopment.

The senate should trash those contract documents and any bid opened.

The president canceled the contract when he got proof that it was exorbitant. If the BPP are working for Nigeria and not some specific companies or politicians, they should be made to face the consequences.

His response indicates that the former president was working for the interest of Nigeria. And being the head of PDP, it implies that PDP was working for the interest of Nigeria.

We have to separate political party from politicians else we would be hating the wrong thing or people. Like I said earlier, Both PDP members and APC members in the senate agreed with him. That alone exonerated PDP.

APC now has the duty to fish out these people, else, they would surfer what PDP is passing through now..

If you agree with the fact that the present crop of Nigerian politicians are all corrupt to their hilt you'll appreciate why they all agreed wit him. It takes a better thief to identify a good thief.

Why should I? GEJ wasted his opportunity and let Nigeria rot under his nose. The jury is still out on APC although minus Buhari, I believe they are birds of the same feather.

We voted PDP in not certain elements that are still in the present administration. Why is Abaribe giving excuses?

There is need to identify the cabals behind the fraud and prosecute them instead of hiding behind PDP/APC

If APC had its way, Dino Melaye would not be in a leadership position. The PDP is to blame for the emergence of Melaye in a leadership role.
