What android phone can I get with #70,000 that has the following specs:

-Android 5.0+ with option of update to latest version of android

-4G supported (optional)

- At least 16GB internal memory, with memory card slot.

-at least 2GB of RAM

-Fingerprint scanner (optional but would be a plus)

Please don't recommend the Tecno Phantom 5.

The Redmi Note 2 is good but it doesn't have expandable storage or a fingerprint scanner.
