I told some people yesterday but I was abused. I told them but they're just political shortsighted like their Senate minority leader. I told them that their strenght lies in the diunity of Apc.
What Apc needs is just to be united and settle score with Saraki then that would clip the wings of Pdp dominance. Whether the support of Pdp or not one fact remains that they have been used, dumped and rejected by the man they were supporting.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) has said the confirmation of all the ministerial nominees by the Senate, despite some misgivings by the opposition, has shown that the party’s legislators are ready to work with the executive toward the implementation of its agenda for the benefit of all Nigerians.

The APC added that the confirmation had revealed that there is no longer any division within the APC family.
“The cohesion and unity exhibited by the APC Senators on Thursday have shown that our legislators are ready to work with the executive and the party to ensure that the agenda of the party is implemented for the benefit of all Nigerians,’” the party said in a statement issued in Lagos yesterday by its National Publicity Secretary, Alhaji Lai Mohammed.
“We commend all our members and leaders in the Senate and indeed the leadership of the APC for this show of unity,” it said.

APC said democracy was at work in the Senate yesterday, despite the decision of the opposition PDP Senators to stage a walk out over the confirmation of former Governor Chibuike Amaechi.
“It is part of democracy that while the minority can have their say, the majority will have their way. Therefore, the decision of the PDP Senators to walk out is nothing but democracy in action,” the party said.

It enjoined the entire National Assembly to continue to work with the executive arm of government for the overall interest of Nigeria and its people.
“With the stage now set for the federal cabinet to be in place, we implore all Nigerians, irrespective of their party affiliation, to support President Muhammadu Buhari in his onerous task of making Nigeria great again,” APC said.

I am all for a united APC, but what bothers me are these :

1. How does this unity affect the trial of the Senate President at the CCT?

2. Does a united APC not mean a reenactment of the PDP family affairs dramas. Does it not mean salient issues will be settled only on the ground of 'unity' and not in the true interest of the people?

3. This one scares me really. The way Nigerians are siding with the APC against the PDP. Are we all card carrying members? Shouldn't we be more interested in what accrues to us as citizens more than who wins a battle or the war between cross carpeting, ideologically bereft politicians who are either progressives or otherwise depending on what serves their bank accounts and power thirst?

A united APC means nothing to me, and does not in any way mean good for the country. It might just mean victory for politicians.

Beware what u celebrate.

We are now united meaning that we have agreed that saraki's asset declaration was void of any misrepresentation and thus we have decided to withdraw our forces of persecution at the CCT with immediate effect.
The Case will be Concluded and the SP will be cleared. An office as his shouldn't have been drawn into such a degradable affair.

We regret any inconvenience this may have caused the Nigerian people who where earnestly waiting to see the SP ousted. We wish to remind all Nigerians that in APC we protect our Common interest (looting) hence we are united in it.
