(1) VACANCY FOR AN ACCOUNTANT

An exciting opportunity has open vacancy for an Accountant in a company at Lekki phase 1.

Key responsibilities:
Posting monthly sales invoices and keeping the master data files up to date.
Raise invoices.
Balancing the sales ledger at month end.
Undergoing payment runs for the company.
Coding and posting sale invoices
Bank reconciliations.
Banking cheques and posting payments.
Ad-hoc duties.
Responsible for all aspects of petty cash including monthly reconciliation
Key Requirements:
Good communication skills.
Experience in Accounts Receivable, payable and Sales Ledger.
Sound knowledge of Excel – exposure to Sage Essential
Accounting / Finance University degree essential.
Accurate data entry skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to priorities whilst handling multiple tasks
