Most ethnicities in Nigeria automatically have qualified as "non autonomous" under Mr Moon's revelation. This is because they can proove ethnic distinctiveness, culture and in most cases with clear boundaries. Above all being LORDED over just by one ethnic group HAUSA FULANI.
