Pls advice. An employer is asking for 50% of a friend's 30k because he doesn't go to work. Its either 50% or he won't sign the next timesheet. If my friend refuses n he doesn't sign his timesheet,can he use this outstanding form to recover those months or he shd just agree to d 50% deal?

Please, we don't entertain such issues as it is against the principle upon which the scheme is built upon. Read about FORCECOM NETWORKS LTD to warn both your friend and his/her employer, or ask interns involved how they have been delayed. Careful on what you say!

Actually such a dubious and callous employer should be reported to GIS SURE P for violating the MoU signed with them, but with situation on ground in which there's some inkling that even some GIS staff has been compromised going to the extent of deliberate withholding some of the interns stipends, I doubt if any tangible will result in reporting such people to them this time around.

So the ball is in you guys court to use your DISCRETION to decide the best option for you. Though somebody as reported that it works for him by sending the claim form behind his employer when he started misbehaving, but on general note it might not work because is the employer's email address required for such.

A SURE-P OFFICIAL CAME TO MY PLACE OF WORK YESTERDAY, TO COLLECT OUR DATA. HE COPIED OUR NYSC CERTIFICATE NUMBER ON HIS SYSTEM WITH OUR STATE CODE. I HEARD THAT HE CAME FROM ABUJA.

President Muhammadu Buhari has scrapped the Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P) and also ordered the Presidential Committee and workers of the agency to close shop. The President’s order was delivered to the SURE-P Committee through a letter from the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation.
As expected, The President has ordered a probe into their activities, funding and expenditure of the agency. President Muhammadu Buhari in the letter directed the panel to wind down the operations of SURE-P on or before October 31, 2015 and submit a comprehensive report of its activities to The Presidency.

If u don't have a proper advice to give,u just shut up. what concerns forcecom here? Have u asked y my friend doesn't go to work,and u are judging? who do u think u are? Saint Buhari or what? Be careful on what u comment on,if u have no useful advice,just let it pass...
