The recruitment stages include online assessment, phone interview and invitation for Shell Recruitment Day(which is a rigorous exercise, usually throughout the whole day) the online assessment is a competency based assessment.

I tire for this people mehn. Forth trip to lag from ph for one recruitment . The pay had better be worth this stress

I thought it's always: psychometric test, discipline test, technical interview, HR interaction, medicals and contract offer.

Chief, I travel from ph every time I get an invite. I have not gotten this invite yet and it doesn't feel good. If you've gotten the invite,you should be thankful
