Why wont there be confusion when you appoint a retired military officer as CG of customs who does not know anything about the system. They want to fight Kwaruption my ass.

My own point is that the more things change the more they remain the same.
Colonel Alli the CGC retired a group of corrupt officers and replaced them with equally corrupt if not MORE corrupt officers.

Who amoung,Dan Ugo,Iya Umar,Grace Adeyemo, Austin Warikoro,Paul Ukaigwe,Charles Edike or Funsho Adegoke can beat their chests and swear they are not corrupt.
Or is it Abass Mohammed,Abubakar Dan Galadima,Azarema Abubakar or Chidi Austine?

Alli simply replaced a group of thieves with another set of more corrupt thieves.In fact Alli for all his anti corruption stance needs to be careful so that he does not become sucked into the vortex of corrupt individuals surrounding him.
