I missed the call and I called it back it was just asking about one's view about governance and to give suggestions on what government can do to improve the lives of the citizens

They have a website and they have been calling others...pple have been complaining.what I Dnt understand is why they called me around 1:30am.

it's not a full.call, only a flash so that you will.b surprised to have missed the call. If you try to return their call, they will swipe ur credit.

this number is like a household number now to me cos i get dea flash almost every month, so neglect the scam.

I also got the call twice but missed them both, the first one was on Sun, 25th October while the second was around 7am on Friday, 6 Nov 2015. I was hoping it was something very good. so I've been trying to call the number back but it's not going through at all.
