U are mostly likely correct but first 3 in the world is gross exaggeration...Aso rock is no doubt very beautiful but it's not open to Public view, for reasons best known to the government...

It was built in the late 1980's by IBB... As for the amount only IBB can tell...

The people who rated this either do not know Aso Rock or weren't allowed to take a picture of it when they visited. Most of the buildings I'm seeing now can't be compared to the Aso Rock I know.
