In Ekiti State Nigeria, The governor Ayo Fayose yesterday hung out with some market women at the soon to be demolished old Oja Oba in Ado Ekiti, the state capital. Fayose was there to encourage the women as they moved out of the market which he will be refurbishing soon. giving them advises and letting them know about his latest projects to be carried out.

This is one of the qualities of a good leader,he goes to the masses using different conduits as a means to listen and interact with them. He is able to hear the true fears,agitation and concerns of his people while in return he is able to explain government position as regards policies and lean resources available to the state. Seriously this is leadership. Not just sitting in a big

and from Abuja. Nigerian leaders should learn how to

You obviously don't know what is going on in Ekiti. I live in Ogun State and I'm not Yoruba. I traveled to Kogi via Ekiti in August and to say I was impressed by the state of the roads in Ekiti is an understatement! The state of the roads in Ekiti is in stark contrast with the ones in neighboring states of Kogi and Osun.

The roads you passed were constructed by Kayode Fayemi's government.
