or should we say decieves itself into believing that crap about its special force, which in itself isn't that special when you factor in the standardization of force capability across all personnel which never goes a cut above the AK-47,a few magazines, a knife and your helmet-Disabuse your mind this instant about body armor in the Nigerian military cuz it is a shoddy bullsh**t-......Maybe what will be special about this force is the marginal increase in morale stemmed from better welfare packages Or stimulant abuse or metaphysical belief.... Either way there isn't anything technically special about this Nigerian force...They cannot fight unarmed, highly ill-disciplined because most got their commission via connections via tribal or religious sentiments and are horrible shots (marksmen) infact a band of marginally trained Fulani herdsmen, miltia or that of bullion van armed robbers will give these Nigerian special group a bloody nose.

have they not always been hitting on innocent Nigerianshuh

It's just another careless talk.
They should better stop annoying BH with all these propaganda talks. This is obviously endangering the lives of many innocent citizens.

No he didn't construct that sentence rightly. What he implied is that the Special Force reported in the OP are second behind the Nigerian Navy Special Boat Services(SBS) who received training from the U.S. And UK.

Not much was wrong with the construction - a misplaced modifier, perhaps, but the meaning was clear enough from it. That guy read in a hurry, a common thing with the children of NL.

don't mind these folks, they keep deceiving themselves. the special force they are talking about,is that not the naval SBSC (SPECIAL BOAT SERVICE COMMANDO) they keep talking about it as if they are reffering to the british SAS or the russian SPETSNAZ. what i can say is Nigerian armed forces can't boast of the term special forces, we are still far from it.

The day Nigerians learn to appreciate her military will be the day the world will respect us.

we forget that these guys are the reasons boko haram has been restricted to the north east, they're the reasons we sleep with our eyes closed.
just think about it...if you were a soldier fighting for your country, even with the poor remunerations and lack of equipment, how would you feelhuh

these soldiers are humans like you and I, they have feelings so y'all should watch the thrash you post on social media.
if you feel you can do better, go and join the army and if you're not recruited for any reason, you can always join the civilian JTF.

nicely done but I don't think you have to. Let those clueless nairalanders Keep speaking thrash they don't know n love remaining in that state, these are people that when given the opportunity would love to sponsor OPC n milltants even at presidential level as opposed to the national fighting force. I. Pray. God. Nigerians.. always thinking they are very wise... You use your head and think this through.... . A secret force from Nigeria trained by ex soviet fighter's but the Nigerian secret service is the third best in the world after US and Uk. Ask yourself how ex soviets can train ppl to become third best in the world, while they themselves are on siddon look mode. We are not even talking yet of how sophisticated and technologically advanced they are now compared to then.. Wisdom is profitable to direct..

The problem with Nigerians is their overzealousness and its one reason people can easily identify us in a crowd anywhere in the world. We are so eager to show to the world we are good or we have landed when we are still light years away from reaching what the developed nations achieved in the 60's and 70's..Lets not dare mention of now.. How someone with a brain can say ex-soviets and apartheid MERCENARY Nigerian trained forces are the third best in the world after US and UK will leave you dumbfounded. I asked what happened to the exsoviets and Mercenaries after that they aren't 3rd and 4th today and another overzealous Nigerian is telling me to keep quiet.. maybe they went to sleep and allowed what they taught our supposed special forces many years ago to remain still standard and better than whatever special forces they have in 2015. Before anybody starts talking nonsense of how super our inexistent special forces are, they should ask themselves what countries in the world today can allow insurgency fester for years without a way of taking some rag tag militia out before they even see the light of day. Them think say special forces na to fight like jet lee and they use slick gadgets like James bond. No need for intelligence gathering. Special forces my foot

Oh yes... u are right, I think I read amiss or probably he never presented his idea to be understandable. If what u said about ex Soviet training Nigerians to become the third best is right, because I can't still relate what he said with what you've just told me(it's like they are contradicting) ... But if what u said is what he's trying to say... Then he's way out of point and his assertion is void of logical reasoning... God bless you bro..

D story of how Nigeria lost 10 of her secret police officials! to pipeline vandals at Ikorodu comes to mind.
That was even small. What about the almost 100 DSS and mobile police personnel massacred by a little known village tribal militia in Nasarawa state early last year or so. These people are jokers. They are only hyperactive when dealing with unarmed civilians.

Abeg shut up. What's there to appreciate about unprofessional and undisciplined idiots who have made it the fundamental part of their career duty to oppress innocent civilians everyday in the streets? Until this disgraceful misconduct is addressed once and for all, never come out to say rubbish about appreciating these cowards.

young man, i'm not here to trade words with you. obviously, immaturity is taking a toll on your existence. if you didn't like my comment, you should just have said so with your reasons.
that is the mature thing to do.
besides, i have not seen any military man punish a civilian for no reason
