YOU had an heart attack because YOU saw your brother whom YOU despise so much sleeping with your about to be divorce wife (though she request for the divorce) and because of the trauma YOU went into coma.
Three days in coma, YOU woke up and saw your brother whom initially left town because he is not proud of what he has done hugging YOU wife whom has been by your bed side since day one.
Now what do think will be the outcome of this second scenario knowing how you went into comma at first and battling with life to gain conscious just to see your brother and wife hugging each other
