Pque:
change can never come from Pdp or Apc but change can come from Pdp nd Apc. Reason:
when there is a change in d pdp nd apc, it go a long way nd affect almost d whole country through d parastatals, sectors, organisations nd govt bodies in d country (major change) and
individual change most time affects only few people (1,2,3,4,5 people), a minor change.

It is therefore incubent that our leaders in govt from d different parties give us d major change that we all wail for in this country. People don't change easily but with d force of law nd order in d hands of d govt.
What change are you talking about coming from PDP/APC? Are they not the same PDP/AD/AC politicians who are the members of APC now?. The same set of irresponsible and selfish rulers who rule this country for over 16years now. Change is inward my friend. If you and I have not changed our orientations and embrace tolerance, we are heading nowhere. But still in the same cycle of lip-change

First Female Governor? What of the Anambra woman who replaced Peter Obi in Obasanjo's administration? Virginia Etiaba should be the first female Governor.

Aisha Jummai-Alhassan should be the first democratically elected female Governor of Nigeria.

PDP don't believe in free and Fair elections, their slogans down here is wogba wegba Owo Agbara. Either you like it or not its power for power. No PDP elections can stand if it is contested in the law court. And they are never prepare for any litigation unlike APC that knows how to prepare and argue their cases. Good luck to them.

Yeah. But the majority of Tarabans DID NOT choose neither this woman nor her party in the said election. In fact, put more bluntly, the majority of voting Tarabans REJECTED this woman and her party's desire to rule over them.

If this judgement eventually stands, that's exactly what it will simply amount to. The people did not decide.
Bros, Ishiaku is an illegal candidate. That's what the tribunal said. The election is among the rest and out of those, Mama Taraba won.

In 2011 up till Osun and Ekiti state's elections when PDP was 'winning' doubtfully and the various tribunals at that time were confirming rhe party candidates winners, did ACN/APC accuse the PDP of executive interference. We still remember Ekitigate and how the tribunals were sacked and the tribunal judges beaten black and blue for Fayose to emerge. PDP should stop complaining because if there is ever anything like executive interference, it existed only in the times of the locust years of PDP. The word 'impunity' was borne out of this system wreckage.

Tonye now i give up on you, Since the day you decamp you lost your glory and you thinking cap.... PDP has done the worst to your life i swear....

How about this

Edo State: Osunbor was sacked and Oshiomole replace him

Osun: Oyinlola was sacked and Aregbe replace him

Ekiti: Segun Oni was Sacked and Fayemi replace him

Ondo: Agagu was sacked and reply by Mimiko.

Anambra: Ngige was sacked and replace by Peter Obi

that's all i know people can add there's
All the above example are different with what happened in Taraba. In the above cases, the tribunal determined that Aregbesola, Fayemi et. el scored the highest number instead of the declared winner and relying on section 140 (3) of Electoral act declared them winner.

In the case of Taraba, if the electoral act section 140 (2) was to be followed, the tribunal ought not to have declared a winner but a re-run because the declared winner did score the highest number of votes but wasn't qualified to contest the election. However, here lies the Nigerian problem... A federal high court in 2011 or so declared sections 140 and 141 of the electoral act null, void and of no effect!

So following the electoral law, by the reason given by the tribunal, they ought to have declared a re-run, however they are also right by relying on the judgement of high court which insist that tribunals and courts has declarative injunctions.

It's only on Nairaland that this woman is Taraba governor.

Even her lawyers restrained themselves from jubilating in expectation that the PDP candidate will appeal.
Jumai herself was whisked away immediately after the judgment. No victory speech was delivered.

And what was the tribunal's ruling?
That the PDP candidate was inappropriately picked hence the votes accrued to him were invalid.
Jumai wasnt declared winner, neither was a rerun called for.

I saw it all on TVC and the tribunal's verdict as analysed on TVC' Stand Point.

What a forum!

Agreed on the bold but the worst will never come, rather better
Remember that PDP uses it in time past to bring smaller party before APC so karma at work

So in which ever way the election went the APC will still win as far as they can defend there case very well... Remember in appeal court no more evidence but what on gorund.
