We have plots of land for sale at Isheri North both in the Government scheme and the privately owned plots.

Isheri North is a future Magodo Shangisha or Omole Phase 1 in the making and I foresee land hitting 30million within the next 7 - 10yrs.

We have 2plots in the Lagos State government scheme. Each is 6m asking. In year 2005, a plot here was 1.8m!

We have several plots owned by private sellers and the prices are 3million a piece. Some of these plots in 2004 were going for as low as N450,000.

You can buy simply for speculative reasons and you won't regret it! Guaranteed.
