Amaechi's case was different from this. He won the primary election but his name was substituted with that of Omehia.

The above is a crap typical of Nigerian who is lost on deductive logic. In legal justice, there must be an establishment of precedence. Okowa case was not from the party of the President-elect and did not bordered on if Okowa was procedurally nominated.

You COULD be very correct HOWEVER the crux of the matter is that, PDP did not go to the Tribunal to challenge HOW Okorocha became a governorship candidate rather they were challenging the fact that he won!

APC lawyers were smart in this case as the issue is not whether PDP won or not but that PDP had no candidate. Tell Ikedioha to get Madam Taraba's quality lawyers next time. The courts can't grant or decide on what you didn't bring up for adjucation.

You keep repeating this argument.

Primaries are bound by law to hold in Taraba. Tribunals are not, as affirmed by the appeal and supreme courts' dismissal of Wike's petition.

The point is this, PDP conducted its primary in a way that does not conform to the electoral act. Hence the candidate is not qualified to contest.
