10k is the filling fees. Before filing there are forms to be bought, signing at oat etc. You can as well handle it yourself since it is business name. Just visit any CAC branch and you are good to go. However if our firm is to handle the registration, the minimum for the whole process is N25k. Thanks |

Limited liability is N70 for N1 million share capital. The higher the share capital the higher the fees. |
