Just discipline it whenever it's around a chicken... normally a dog would attack smaller animals until it senses its master doesn't want it. . . Just a few slaps on the head would do, don't do anything that would kill the natural morale of the dog, otherwise it might not be useful for protection. . . dogs could be very sensitive.

Additionally, you can just cage the chicken, dogs are natural hunters, so you shouldn't treat it like a sheep. . . cos even goats are stubborn! Unless you want the dog to be a mumu....

i had same experience with my previous dog, get the left over chicken from the dog and boil it , then force it into the dog mouth smoking hot, trust me when he sees chicken he go run... Try this and thnk me later

well, u can consider this option when others fails but its effective since it won't kill the dog,this isdesperate time which calls for desperate measures. well unless u rather lose ya chickens to the dog. Ur choice

If you feed your dog raw meat. Refrain from such as one of the measures.

I feel this is rather extreme.
