Well... I can't judge these governors from my office here in Benin, but seeing Oshiomhole in that list nullifies every single letter in that page.

The CIAPS Governors Performance Index (CGPI) has listed Nigeria's best performing governors since they were sworn into office.

According to the Index, Governor Nasir El-Rufai is the country's best performing governor.

Nasir El-rufai of Kaduna - 72%
Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto - 64%
Adams Oshiomhole of Edo - 62%
Willie Obiano of Anambra - 62%
Akinwumi Ambode of Lagos - 58%
Sani Bello of Niger - 58%
Ibrahim Dankwambo of Gombe - 54%

The CGPI coordinator, Mr Olumuyiwa Ayoola explained that the variables used as indexes for performance were mathematically calculated and this month’s variables included “Payment of Salary, New Projects, Education, Security and Leadership by example”.

Rivers governor Wike borrowed over 30b from banks. And his monthly repayment amounts reduced when the loans he took were converted to FGN bonds. He has also collected over 100b in allocation and another 40b as IGR. Yet nothing to show for it except patching and resurfacing of roads. Workers are now being owed. He is not funding schools. The city of PHC is dirty. He is there claiming roads that are almost 95pcnt completed as part of his achievements. With this report, atleast the truth is out!!! Shame!!!
