Nigeria has now won for the fifth time the under 17 junior world cup with yesterday's win over Mali and had won the under 21 world cup before.

The question now is why cant Nigeria or any African nation win the senior FIFA world cup. Are we cursed to win it or the Europeans and the Americans dont take the Junior world cups serious?

we don't do well in the senior world cup is because most of our U17 and U 20 players are over age. Nigeria footballers are notorious for age cheating. So by the time most of the junior players graduate to the senior team they will be too old and worn out while those players from European countries will be at their peak and develop

It is time this overage talk stops. These boys were tested with the MRI scan. It is time people respect Nigeria when it comes to churning out young talents. FIFA has justified our U17 triumphs over the years. We are good.

MRI or not. Nature and Growth has changed. Kids has rapid growth this nowaday. U know loads of young lad og my age that far bigger and broader than me yet just 15/16 years old. So lets put this age cheat aside and focus on what next, how yo manage them very well so we dont repeat history of player mismanagement.
