....to start with,the phrase "that you" is not a judgment,it is rather referred to as 'charges'.
the meaning is thus: giving notice to an accused person about the allegation he is called upon to answer

I am afraid for this dispensation. With the high number of judicial jagbajantis being displaced under this government, this government might not see 2016. It was a true blow to the judiciary today, when the FG intended to dictate to the court that they had witnesses but could not produce them, but rather would relay their testimony to the court. I am truly scared for this country, my colleagues think the same way too.

Blasting the FG means nothing to me.

That doesn't seem to stop them from being unfair to the litigants/nigerian citizens.

Despite the blasting, why did the court deny Orubebe bail?
