in my opinion, i do not think this is the time and place for salary asking, besides, executive trainee should not be negotiating salaries, it should have been set by the employer. psychometric test is a broad spectrum of tests to evaluate the performance of the individuals to match the job profile they are looking for. this include quantitative/numerical, verbal and aptitude, spatial and personality tests/questionnaires. so far, we have participated in all save the personality part!... so expect stuffs like feelings, emotions, anger and stress , reserved, experimental, care-free, attitude to integrity, honesty, alcohol, and drug use.... and the likes......
this is my candid opinion and this is what you should be looking out for. Best wishes and my mind tells me the next could be the HR chat/section afterward.

Nothing wrong in getting an idea what the pay range is if possible.
I don't know if you understand what it means travelling down to Los every time there's an invitation e-mail from careers.feedback.....in people's inbox.

And an idea of the pay range will really go a long way in helping folks decide what steps to take as there are people with multiple offers with potential good pay whose recruitment activities are also clashing with our beloved Dangote Refinery.

I think I should come on here. I asked my panel specifically if the technical interview will be the last stage n he said there MIGHT be a psycometry test depending on the number of people that passed the technical interview.
Note he said might.
So at this point let's just be prepared for anything.

initial application for executive trainees (refinery)was specific for ONLY NIGERIANS but this new one says both ie expatriate n locals,maybe just maybe its a window to bring in Indian grads.

Lol. Thanks for your reply. Though in their website, they clearly stated that the position advertised now is executive trainee refinery. Anyways, as most people have opined, ' na them know' #hitting the apply button right now
