I was recently nabbed by an electronic speed trap for over-speeding on Georgia Avenue, Maryland (MD) USA. No interaction between you and the police; just you and the camera that caught you. No lying, no argument. So pay up your fine, or face the consequence in court. When will Nigeria be like this?

With LASTMA, they will physically assault you and if they are unable to do so, will pursue you to death just to collect bribe money from you. I no need them.

There is no country called Biafra for now. So deal with the question and stop deflecting it.
