I have always believed strongly that anybody that feels cheated in any union should be allowed to make a decision either to stay or leave. For one, I know so many Ibos that will not want to be part of any Biafra agitation and wouldn't want the unity of Nigeria to be questioned. However, for those of us that feel our major cities are already over populated, I just feel we should take time out and reflect life after Biafra has been declared a Republic(or whatever), what area do you think the government of the southwest Nigeria to concentrate on first.....for me first and foremost we should count ourselves 2nd and most importantly is Housing for all. We should ensure every citizen of the southwest or anyone living in the southwest and doing business has a place to lay at night. Rent cap should be placed in different areas around town. Lekki, Ikoyi, ajah, ikeja and other places should have a rent cap that shouldnt exceed too much from what the government charges the Landlord anually. Please feel free to add yours for a better Southwest Nigeria (post ipob) |
