What will be achieved by having 2 different persons for these offices?

I don't get it. For which office?

The man loves what he does. Among few who have passion for what they do. Was watching on Ait when he attended an important programme,he quickly made his presentation and begged to go back to work. He received a great applause.

no time to check time.A reasonable minister would swim into action wit immediate effect.

It's not a mistake. No one expects Ibe to continue to be NNPC GMD. A new GMD for NNPC will surely be named in a matter of days.

It is a misstep.

A new GMD ought to have been made before the swearing in of Ibe as a Minister. NNPC cannot afford to have a vacuum. That is how companies with strong corporate governance function.

Else is Ibe still the GMD?

Kachikwu's appointment (specifically as Min of State Petroleum) isn't news to insiders... It was long settled, by the same power blocs that run Nigeria

What is the difference between NNPC and the Nigerian petroleum industry?
