Buhari's Blunder With Ministeries by drss(op): 9:34am On Nov 12, 2015
In a country where power supply is low n massive attention is needed to boost d sector, its merger with housing n works is a brutal blunder by buhari. How can power sector be joined into three ministeries? Will dat not take attention needed by d power sector? Buari should have merge transportation with aviation since they both fall under transportation. Then housing merged with works since they both deal with construction.
The power sector should have been left single as a bonafide ministry because of its nature and importance to d economy. Power is d engine room of every economy.
Ones again buari sold d country's power sector future on the alter of politics to satisfy his cronies.

Technically, they have not merged it. The situation is that one Minister oversees the Ministries, each of them has their respective permanent secretary and possibly Minister of State.
