This is all media propaganda...they may be discussing who has a bigger ass between Nicki and Toolz for all I care. No concrete decisions can be made here because they'll still have to consult with their various military chiefs.

Putin is probably telling Obama that he will unleash strong evidence of Obama's role in supporting and propping ISIS.

Putin just came out a few days back declaring that he will consider using nukes in Syria. This is the hardest nuke rhetoric since the 60's. That threat of nuking Syria over ISIS is actually a warning to the US and NATO.

Actually against what we are thinking, Putin won't so stupid to nuke Syria all in the name of fighting terrorist. You are fighting terrorists not packs of soldiers and
Mr Putin himself knows Isis is being funded by the west and he needs to be very careful in order not to create a proxy war and you know what, America/CIA are good at that and guess what? You hit the terrorist and they hit the civilians.
You can't completely wipe out a terrorist clique because they hardly move in packs. Obama should get his hands off his terrorist puppet!!
