Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has pledged$20,000 per goal as he urged the Super Eagles to beat visiting Sihlangu of Swaziland in their 2018 World Cup qualifier in Port Harcourt. laboured to a draw in the first leg in Lobamba.
