The sacked publicity secretary of theTaraba State Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Mr. Napoleon Adamu has advised incumbent Governor Darius Ishaku and his party, the PDP not to waste their time and energy inappealing the tribunal verdicts that sacked them from office.Mr Adamu, who gave the advise yesterday in Jalingo during an interview with journalists said that the PDP was the architect of its problem for refusing to conduct the governorship primaries in Jalingo, Taraba State capital as required by law.According to him, “ I cautioned the party against conducting the party’s primaries in Abuja but no body listened to me,” he said.He informed that there was a time when he announced that all elected delegates should assemble in Jalingo for the governorship primaries but the party’s state chairman, Mr. Victor Bala Kona ordered the then police commissioner to invite him to his office for questioning. He stressed that he was held for over six hours answering question. http://leadership.ng/news/475613/dont-appeal-tribunals-verdict-ex-pdp-scribe-advises-gov-ishaku |
