At Goldmine Multi-Purpose Cooperative, due to consistent expansion we constantly seek to employ bright and fresh talent for our workforce. Here are our current vacancies:
Loan Officers
Candidates for this position must have B.Sc/HND in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing and/or related fields. Prior experience as a Loan Officer in a cooperative society, microfinance bank or a bank would be an advantage, but is not required.
Collection Officers
Candidates for this position must have OND in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or related fields and be able to handle cash. Prior experience as a Loan Officer in a cooperative society, microfinance bank or a bank would be an advantage, but is not required
Recovery Officers
Candidates for this position must have B.Sc/HND in Economics, Business, Accounting Statistics, Law or other numerate coursework with one to three years’ experience in a reputable bank or microfinance bank. Prior experience as a Loan Officer in a cooperative society, microfinance bank or a bank would be an advantage, but is not required
Debt Collectors
The minimum qualification required for this position is OND, B.Sc/HND with one to three years’ experience in Debt Recovery in a reputable bank or microfinance bank. Prior experience as a Loan Officer in a cooperative society, microfinance bank or a bank would be an advantage, but is not required
Bloggers
Possess engaging "conversational" writing skills with a professional posture. Must have been published by a recognized organization (on or off line) or have published blogs with confirmed reader visit statistics. Hnd, Bsc with related experience in achieving company objectives with blogging expertise. Must be computer and definitely Internet/search engine savvy to perform online research, completed degrees from accredited institutions may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis, provided courses were taken in writing, marketing, business and psychology/sociology.

Customer Relations Personnel should also apply. Experience 1-3 years Hnd, Bsc or related fields

Why must a new staff sign a year bond with you guys? Is this condition for all your staff or just marketer?

It's a very wicked act... with a pay of 25k for a Bsc holder, You set a target for me as a marketer and you still compell me to sign a bond of one year with guarantors...
