the staff of the first bank of Nigeria . osapa lekki Lagos branch are highly rude.all most all the staff talk to the customer rudely except the staff at the teller. and the guy doing the bvn is as slow as hell . he can use 35 minute to do 1bvn . and he talks to people rudely. except the big men that roll their car keys in suit. and the beautiful ladies. he will just stand up from his sit and go for like 30 minute. and the funny part they is no chair there. right now I have been standing for like 3 hours and the mad man. as only registed 2 people. if not for my pocket money in my account i would have simply opened another bank . |

I understand U my brother! First Bank too dey misbehave these days. Not only are they sluggish, their ATM hardly work especially on weekends and Mondays. Alot of people has being complaining. There is a particular one at Ilepo along Sango road always along queue to gain entrance or use ATM. I thought I have seen the worst only for someone to say the one at Iyana Ipaja is a no go area. E tire me. But in fairness, the one in cantonment is always a delight to use. They are very professional and pay attention to their client. I hope they will work on their customer care and sluggishness that seems the characterize them these days. |
