Don't mind the hypocrite!! He has not even spoken against the flouting of court orders on Dasuki and Kanu!! That man Falana is a very big disgrace to the human rights family to whom he formely belonged to.Anyway he and their likes can continue whining,Saraki is going no where.
See your small minds. So just because someone has been accused of corruption then the entire institution must be on standstillhuh

This is a very bad precedent saraki is setting. Its high time we seperate institutions from the person occupying the sit, cos one day the entire country will be shut down just for someone's selfish pleasure

What is more criminal than diverting the public funds and properties for personal use while millions of Nigerian are going without food, qualitative education and health service? Saraki case is a criminal case not a civil one. Civil cases include fighting over land ownership, chieftaincy titles etc without criminal coloration. What is civil about allegation of corruption?

Guy, stop misleading people.
did you just say that, sorry for you. Decay system, yes. Look at Justice umar that was presiding over his case, a highly corrupt judge. The president fighting corruption with a false certificate. well known corrupt men in the likes of amechi and fashola boldly appointmented minister despite plethora of evidences at the public glare. Audu, apc governorship aspirant of kogi state was indicted in various massive looting of the state resources. I will be a great fool to believe buhari's corruption fight. Falana is a HYPOCRITE: He shot his eyes from illegal detentions of innocent nigerians and whole lots of evi happening under buhari admnistration. He lost out in the ministerial slot, i thought he is even (?)

Why is this femi not the new attorney general of the federation? Now I know. He is a propaganda lawyer who believes in prosecuting cases on the pages of newspapers in order to blackmail judges and deceive gullible nigerians. Most cases at the CCT are civil cases and rarely criminal that is why the punishment is usually not jail time but lost of office or ban from holding office. They don't become criminal cases simply because a danladi/femi falana say so. So the law you are referring to applies to criminal cases and not civil cases. Who determines whether a case at CCT is criminal or Not? Definitely not femi falana so you can keep deceiving your apc family till they finally make you their chief propaganda lawyer
Lets forget about Falana, and look at this case. Does it seem right to you, that one is accused of misconduct in office, yet such a person refuses to step aside to allow for proper investigation into his case? Instead he uses the office to protect himself!
Is that the kind of justice system you want?

Where was Femi Falana conscience when the then Lagos state speaker (Ikuforiji) was having EFCC case in court and was going from the House of assembly to the court. Same man was not told to resigned his position by Falana. All what we were told was that he is not yet guilty in the eyes of the law

Same Falana could not speak when sitting Govs and senators with public officers went with tinubu to the CCT to show solidarities

In as much as I detest the show of shame as displayed by our public officials, Falana has lost his voice as soon as Gani died.

Re: Why Pro-saraki Senators Should Forfeit Their Pay, By Femi Falana by ihatesycophant(m): 9:17am On Nov 20, 2015
I think Falana goofed in this. That's what Saraki is fighting in the court that CCT has no power to entertain criminal cases because CCT is an administrative court and not conventional court. If one see the penalties CCT can issue on offenders, one will be sure they're just administrative arm of the executive. If today Saraki is found guilty, they can only ask him to forfeit the part of his alleged over-declared or not engage in political activities for a period of 10 years or lose his seat as a senator and no more. Come to think of this, there are many seating senators that are facing court cases and Falana had not find his voice to advise them in this manner, even governors across party lines.

One thing is that you and Falana don't know the power game that played out that time. He had allowed DSP to preside over the screening of Amaechi, he would have been screened out and someone like you would have floored the internet blaming him for allowing his DSP to preside over Amaechi's screening. Falana knew what payed out but just wish to play to the gallery to make Tinubu happy. The day he went to attend the inauguration of ministers, all of us knew what happened. We need to stop being childish and look beyond Saraki but the prevailing thing.

You are speaking English so I wouldn't question whether you went to school.
The issue is not about "power play". This is about setting a dangerous precedent. So anybody that is accused of anything doesn't decide to lock up the entire institution till whenever the allegations has been dispensed.
Please get the issue right, this absolutely has nothing to do with amaechi or tinubu

I know your insult is either borne out of frustration or ignorance or simply hatred for anything buhari/apc. You are simply unable to reason sensibly without reference to imaginary and unsubstantiated political fallacies.
Did amaechi lock up any office to go and attend to the so-called "charges"? what has your comment got to do with the posthuh
