Since 1954 when he was a boy, 86-year-old Xia from China has been writing college entrance exam almost every year and failing.
Wang Xia graduated from high school in 1949. His first attempt came in 1954. Although he didn't pass, Wang refused to give up taking this gaokao exam (Gaoko is Chinese equivalent of JAMB). Relatives told him to give up his dream for Higher education, but he refused. He said that the exam has become a challenge and an insult to him. He must pass it and go to school

As long as he lives, Xia Wang remains determined to pass this exam and go to school. Now he is 86 years old and can’t walk well, he sat for the exam again this summer. Did he pass
