We have many types of religion in th world but I will be using the once in nigeria as a case study. Nigeria has three major types of. Religion
1) the African Traditional Religion
2) Christian Religion
3)Islamic Religion
Though the first one is kinda going into extinction people in the other types still practice it secretly. For the three types of religion, we have all been made to believe that there is only one God though they have different names and different ways of worship.
Religion has so much blinded us to the extent that everything we do now centres on our believe. Our dressing, eating, the kind of work we choose, the places we go to etc have all been centred on our belief. Now we no Longer apply common sense in daily activities. Look at what is happening in nigeria today and u will like to agree with me that religion is a problem that needs to be curbed. Muslims killing themselves though they say it is a religion of peace, the Christians blaming others for their downfall cos dat's what their pastors have made them think and these pastors have enriched themselves by fooling the gullible once. There is so much hatred in the country today because we all are victims of the problem Religion.
Imagine a world without belief where some won't bomb others for the sake of virgins, where Paul can marry mary not because they worship in the same church but for love, where you can go to your village comfortably with your new car and not fear those old men who will be jealous of your success and will like to kill you, where an Edo woman will marry without involving there village gods, where you can make money and not think about paying tithe to another fellow, where the women can be bold and marry for love not get married at 8yrs as 2nd wife, where we all can come out and vote for the right person and not cos he is my Muslim or Christian brother... imagine the amount of death would have been avoided if there was nothing called religion.

While Religion seek to set rules And regulations, that are. Most times odd, inhuman And seeks showmanship(hypocrisy)

Christ on the other hand, came to show us how to live And to love. How to care And to relate with God. To worship n give God thanks.

Religion in his time says no healing on d Sabbath day even when some 1 is in pains, he wasn't having that, he healed. Religious men in his time seek attention with their prayers, giving et all, he came to show us a better way.
THERE IS NO WAY U CAN SAY CHRISTIANITY IS A RELIGION WHEN CHRIST HATES EVERYTHING RELIGION.
