The dam is not own by Nigeria but Nigeria use it. . So Nigeria is responsible to maintain it. It supply them. We have various gas station

Jebba too. It is Nigeria that uses it. It is there responsible to maintain what they use. They will have no light if they don't maintain it.

We don't use it. They use it to supply their system.
