How did he withdraw 45 million successfully without raising a flag?

How does someone withdrawal 45 million from his bank account without the bank conducting a review. This just shows how backward most Nigerian banks are. Best thing for this man is to do a name change immediately, this way he can continue living his life in a remote part of town or village.
