I got an idea, i will test and then show the result, basically you have to change the resolution of the game with an app.

so I installed the apk and installed modded play store, and it worked, then I downloaded the apk externally and extracted it to Android / data folder and it started loading/working until it got to this point where it stopped and said "unable to start football manager" "the version has been downloaded from an unofficial source bla bla"
