That man on the left, started the rubbish of taking institutions to their places of origin. In his case, the first thing he did when he came to power was to take the University Of Nigeria(UNN) to his Mother's village, Nsukka.

Later, Alex Ekwueme when he became the VeePee under Shagari, was to take the federal Poly to his Village OKO in Anambra State. It is not today, that tribal sentiments started in Nigeria.
