@ify84: nobody mentioned 450k for six plots o. its 540k per plot for outright purchase or buy 5 plots at a total outright purchase of N2,700,000 and we will give you one plot free, but for a 12 month plan, you will make a deposit of 120k then spread the rest at 40k per month for 12 months bringing it to a total of 600k for one plot, and yes the land is ours, you can easily use the excision file number KL/10343 to check the validity of the land in Lands Bureau Office in Alausa before you pay a penny to us.

What is d size of your plot & @ what point do you allocate to people paying installment ?

@Eacole: am sorry for replying late, the size of our plots in this particular estate, is 675sqm - 60ft/120ft. For those paying in installments, we allocate after completion of the installment payments
