Billboard made a monumental mistake this month by publishing a list of the top 10 greatest rappers ever without Tupac on that list. We are not talking about him missing out on the top 5 spots. No! He did not make the list at all. He lost his place to the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Ghostface Killah and Lauren Hill.
