Kilode100 is RIGHT, certificates have absolutely NO VALUE whatsoever.... can the person sell the certificates if they dont get their money back?! there needs to be collateral worth at least 70k.

Personally, I can't give out loan to anyone without signing undertaken with my lawyer, and the presence of a witness. This is how I could help you: I bought a book for 3k that taught me how to get loans from foreign organizations. I fit give you for 1k.
