Dr Jonathan, those of us who are by God's grace well educated and have worked many years DO NOT appreciate you. You were just a lucky and undeserving leader who mis used all opportunities. You were self absorbed, egoistic, fakely humble and you permitted runaway corruption. You did not properly invest our $114 per barrel oil earnings, never developed the Niger Delta or anywhere else. You did not focus enough in power or refineries with the net effect that we did not have a fallback There are some young people without experience in life that you can foool but we see through you. The success of Buhari or even a million failures of Buhari does not subtract from the fact that you did not show good leadership to Nigeria. |

onatisi:Honestly, I do wonder how Nigeria educated illiterates can just believe and accept all the enemies of progress wicked and malicious propaganda that are baseless and without any single substance. Imagine someone just open his 'buccal-cavity' to say $25 Billion is missing (i.e. 4.2 Trillion Naira) without any empirical evidence, while Nigeria TOTAL BUDGET for 2014 is N4.69 TRILLION! Devil is indeed envious of Nigeria political liars. ![]() |

Adminisher:Most of you APC folks seem to be living in this delusive realm of "we the well educated people." Do you think others are not educated or what? By your standard, anyone that say anything good about Jonathan is an illiteriate right? Anyway your approach (the name calling) just sold you of cheaply as been partisan. I wonder why a well educated fellow as you claimed could resort to petty name calling just to air your view. Well that is your own cup of moi-moi. I would have refrained myself from commenting here except that your blatant claims under the shadow of we the well educate is too worrisome to be ignored. You claimed without restraint that he (jonathan) never developed Nigeria, but you forgot that the power sector which you pointed at felt the greatest positive impact under him. I understand your stand on Jonathan but don't let it cloud your reasoning. In case you don't know, more than $8.26 billion was invested into the national integrated power project during is leadership, which no single administration have achieved yet. Many power transmission lines, power stations and sub-stations were built or upgraded by Jonathan administration. I am not here to spite you, the google and other sources are there for you to verify my claims. Coming to the refinery, i could remember about 4 months ago when some of you were rejoicing with some boasting about body language (no insult meant) and how it repaired the refineries in PH, Warri and Kaduna. Do you think any improvement in those refinaries were by body language in three months? Well am not here to paint Jonathan a saint, but i cannot standby and watch people say evil about a good man unnecessarily. LASTLY i wish buhari and his crew Goodluck in their administration especially now they are on trip around the world. |

After reading about how much Jonathan's Independence Day celebrations actually cost Nigeria as opposed to the heavily distorted figures that were trumpeted by the Kaduna midget, I'd like to categorically conclude that all the monstrous financial graft allegations being leveled against Jonathan's government are mere overstated farcical lies. Instead of Buhari to begin work, he has decided to embark on a wild goose chase. Failure is lurking in the horizon! |

“If somebody tells you that the best way to fight corruption is to come and arrest your mother and father and show them on television, will that stop corruption? In fact, it will even encourage corruption. We are shooting armed robbers but is that stopping them? So, arresting people and showing them on television sets will do nothing. We must set up institutions and strengthen them in order to prevent people from stealing public money. That is what we are working on and we are succeeding.” GEJ 2014.http://www.nigerianeye.com/2015/01/i-wont-fight-corruption-by-catching.html?m=1 |
