MrEverest:1. 19 states in Nigeria received government bailout. Are they all bankrupt? 2. Akwa Ibom the richest state in Nigeria can not pay salary and end up borrowing to pay salaries. Is Akwa Ibom bankrupt? 3.Nearly all the SE states are owing salaries. Are they all bankrupt? 4. Osun state delivered more projects than all the SE states combined so who is really bankrupt. 5.
