I will advise you visit Nordica Fertility Centre, Lagos. This is because, studies (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uterine_myomectomy) have shown that laparoscopic myomectomy (or histeroscopy, another non invasive procedure) leads to lower morbidity rates and faster recovery than does laparotomic myomectomy. Basically, this are endoscopic surgery that will not require the surgeon opening you up and Nordica is the only centre in Nigeria that I know with pedigree in this modern approach to fibroid removal.

multiple fibroids has the tendency of growing back simply because all of it might not be removed...but you can get the operation done.good luck.

Go to general hospital ajeromi LG ask of Dr sanusi he did my wifes own in 2007 nd my inlaws own in 2015 all very successful multiple too,my wife has given birth to four boys after then...2007 i payed 50k for the op 2015 my inlaw payed 400k for same op same Dr

laparascopic will only be possible for small fibroid large fibroid will require open surgery

How was the diagnosis made? Go to a government hospital ( general hosp or fmc or a teaching hospital), you'll be referred to their gynae clinic where you'll have the opportunity meet a consultant gynecologist. You'll be managed appropriately. U may/may not need surgery. Be ready to pay huge amount if you need an expert touch in private hospitals in a place like Lagos. Here in Sango area, u'll spend around 70k net for myomectomy at general hosp (where I work) and about 150k at specialist hosp, It can go for as high as 300k though, it all depends on your negotiation power.
