I thought people who are using B.sc for D.E will start from 300level?

I think its for HND in that same course. like HND mechanical engineering going to mech engnr dept not to other dept. Just for conversion from HND to BSc

⚫The University of Lagos Students' Union uses this medium to invite you to the inauguration of the Union's 2015/2016 executives on Wednesday, 9th of December, 2015. Inauguration of faculties departments and halls of residence executives will also take place the same day. Time: 9am prompt.

⚫Also, the election to the four principal positions at the Parliament will also hold earlier the same day. All Parliamentarians are expected to sitted by 7am.

⚫ It has also been agreed that there should be double fumigation and proper cleaning prior to the official resumption date. The essence of this is to finally eradicate bed bugs from the hostel as it has been realised that single fumigation only force them out of their hidden places.

⚫As part of some of our earlier agreement, 7000 mattresses have been procured and will be made available for use at the beginning of the session.

⚫Regarding accommodation, efforts have been made to ensure that hostel application be done very soon for fresh students and later to returning students


⚫Be informed also that toilets in halls of residence have been undergoing renovation and upgrade so as to bring about improved health quality. NB: squatting on toilet seat during defecation is henceforth prohibited.

⚫Payment of University of Lagos Students Union (ULSU) dues commences right away with fresh students expected to pay #500 and returning students to pay #300. Account details are: Account Name:, University of Lagos Students Union. Account Number: 1019031036 in UBA PLC.

⚫Students who scored zero(0) in the recently released GST results have been assured that efforts are ongoing to rectify and make corrections to the results.

⚫Students who as at today have some ridiculous amount on their payment advice as the amount to be paid for school fees have been told to go ahead and pay the normal amount. The bursary department have promised to rectify this.

⚫In other news, Dr. Carol Ogbinaka has been saddled with the responsibility of looking into the payment of IT wages by ITF as it was discovered that students who had their industrial training from 2014 till date have not been paid.

⚫The Dean of student Affairs has assured those who bought tickets for a particular selfie contest late in the second semester at the student Affairs frontage that the contest is not a scam and that the car publicized to be won is in the custody of the University management.

⚫Updates on GST and IT registration will be made available as promised.
