It is expected that African heads of state and government, representatives from the African Union, heads of regional organisations and multilateral organisations will participate in the summit. A new Declaration and Plan of Action (2016 – 2018) will be the outcomes of the summit.

yes we can. Nigeria is supposed to be the beat business place on this planet. The investors will come begging if the nation infrastructural system is okay,adequate power supply,justice and fairness and efficient monetary system. We don't need to beg,but no sensible investor will invest money in a place where all these things are absent . The dullard should sit down and rectify all the anomalies in the system
