This is a rare preceeding in Nigeria and should be handled with caution so as not to set a bad precedent The matter will surely culminate into several court cases which will surely lead to people seeking for interpretation of the law on this matter but it'll surely end on the table of the Supreme Court and their decision becomes final even though it's right or not right which brings me to a saying of a reputable judge who said we (supreme Court) are final not because they are infallible rather they are infallible because they are final This is always an eye opener to the legislative to always consider all causes when the next ammendment of the Constitution comes up so as to include the worst case scenarios in order for a doubt not to come up when cases occur God bless Nigeria God bless Nairalanders God bless the likers of this post 1 Like |
